Tortilla Jo’s Taqueria

The existing walk-up taco dispensary in the Tortilla Jo’s restaurant was remodeled into a buffet style taqueria with indoor seating and a new exterior dining patio with a stylized entry arch. DKY Architects worked with the Tortilla Jo’s management, the Anaheim Resort and Walt Disney Imagineering to create the dining experience.
