Waverly Residence

Pasadena, CA (Under Construction, Completion 2019)

Currently under construction, the Waverly residence is designed to reflect the architectural heritage of the adjacent neighborhoods. Material accents of wood and tile, along with the use of an arched arcade, create a Spanish inspired style. The house occupies a narrow lot and includes a full basement with a bedroom, multi-purpose and media room.  The Living room’s tall windows create a dramatic space that looks out onto a sunken garden with an in-ground spa.  Natural light and ventilation for the basement level is provided from the sunken garden.
